Please read the terms and conditions of Padbike carefully. All participants must accept the terms and conditions to book with us.

Padbike reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In the event of any changes, the new terms and conditions will be immediately posted on our website.

 

BOOKING WITH US

Once Padbike receives an email from you with information about the type of holiday package requested, the number of guests, the dates of your stay with us, alternative dates in case we are fully booked, and a brief description of the participants' skill level, including the group's riding experience, Padbike will respond to you regarding availability and provide you with our booking form. Your stay with us will be confirmed only once we have received complete booking forms from all participants.

The services and prices confirmed with the booking apply.

 

DEPOSIT

To confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost per person is required at the time of booking.

 

BALANCE PAYMENT

Padbike must receive the final balance payment within 6 weeks from the arrival date of your holiday with us. If we do not receive the balance within this period, or if you have not provided justified evidence to suggest otherwise, we reserve the right to consider your booking canceled, authorize another booking in your place, and apply the cancellation fee described below.

If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday with us, then the full balance will be required once your booking is confirmed.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE BOOKING

Padbike will try to accommodate requested modifications to the original details provided with the booking; however, if we cannot fulfill such modifications and you wish to cancel the holiday, the cancellation fee described below will apply.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

In the event of cancellation by you, the cancellation fees for Padbike are as follows and must be paid by the initial arrival date of your holiday unless the cancellation occurs due to force majeure:

6 or more weeks before your holiday arrival date: 20% of the total cost (equivalent to the non-refundable deposit)

6-4 weeks before your holiday arrival date: 60% of the total cost

4-2 weeks before your holiday arrival date: 80% of the total cost

Less than 2 weeks before your holiday arrival date: 100% of the total cost

 

PADBIKE CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, we offer a full refund of the payment or alternative dates for your holiday with us, depending on your preferences.

 

EURO EXCHANGE RATE

Our prices are in Euro (€), and your holiday with us must be paid in Euro (€). In the event that you book from a country outside of the Euro, we acknowledge that the exchange rate from Euro to your currency may vary from the date of the deposit payment to the final balance due date. Padbike does not provide any monetary compensation for any increases or decreases in the total costs caused by changes in exchange rates.

 

WEATHER

While the Mediterranean climate is mild, heavy rain or storms may occur that can affect your holiday and trail riding. Ridgeline will do its best to deal with different weather situations; however, to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, Ridgeline reserves the right to cancel any riding days during your holiday. Additionally, Padbike cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions, and therefore, no refunds will be made.
