OF THE GRAN SASSO BY E-MTB
A 3-day, 2-night stage tour where we will travel

Assistance of a local guide for two half days and one full day
First night in a 3* Hotel Diffuso at Rocca Calascio. Second night at the Campo Imperatore refuge at over 2000 meters above sea level!
The short weekend tour starts on Friday from Assergi at 2.00 pm.
The return will be on Sunday at 3.00 pm in Assergi
We will travel a 120 km ring with 2200 m of positive altitude difference inside the Gran Sasso Park
Luggage transport for each stage of the Tour included
As an extra, it is possible to rent an E-MTB for the entire duration of the Tour.
A BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF WHAT AWAITS YOU:
GENERAL OVERVIEW
This is a 3-day, 2-night guided tour where we will take a circular hike of over 140 km in which we will explore the most iconic corners of the Gran Sasso Park.
The start and finish of this E-MTB Tour will be Assergi, a small village located at the foot of the Park.
We will spend the first night in a 3* hotel in the immediate vicinity of Rocca Calascio, the second at an altitude of 2130m at the Campo Imperatore hostel.
THE GRAN SASSO TRAILS
The paths of the Gran Sasso Park are extremely varied, ranging from the alpine and rocky terrain of Monte Aquila to the beautiful beech woods characteristic of the eastern side of the Park.
In this Giro del Gran Sasso MTB Tour, thanks to a dedicated luggage transfer, we will travel a ring of over 140km in which we will explore Campo Imperatore, famous Western Canyons, Medieval Fortresses and much more.
You can expect to cover around 45km per day and an average elevation gain of 900m to 1200m.

Furthermore, for more expert groups, it will be possible to travel the Gran Sasso crossing with the support of a dedicated transfer.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD
We will stay the first night at the 3* Hotel la Rocca located a stone's throw from the famous Rocca Calascio. In the absence of the Moon, it will be possible to have a breathtaking view of the Milky Way at night.
The second night we will stay at an altitude of 2130m at the Campo Imperatore refuge.
In both we will stay in comfortable quadruple rooms.
RENTAL AND MECHANICAL SUPPORT
It is possible to rent for the entire duration of the tour, a Giant E-Trance or a Giant E - Live at a cost of €60 per day which will be delivered to you at the departure of the tour.
Furthermore, our guides have a shop dedicated to MTB repairs in the immediate vicinity of Assergi.
