After sending the request you will be contacted by our staff to proceed with the booking.

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price. The final balance of the total amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the unlikely event that we have to cancel the bike tour, we will offer you a full refund of your payment or alternative dates for your holiday with us , depending on your preferences.

The closing date for registrations is 9.00 pm, 21 days (3 weeks) before the first day of the tour. When registration closes, you will be notified immediately if the tour has reached the minimum number of participants, i.e. 4.

In case the minimum number of members is not reached, the customer will be entitled to one and only one of the following two alternatives:

1. Voucher equal to the value of the tour to be spent on any tour promoted through the Padbike website.

2. Refund of the entire amount paid.

The accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and credit/debit card. We do not accept cash payments on site.

For years we have collaborated with numerous Local guides in Tuscany and the rest of Italy, and it is thanks to their passion and experience that we are able to make each Tour a unique and unforgettable experience with careful attention to your safety.

Many of our guides are certified MTB instructors and Local Trailbuilders. They will therefore not only be able to help you improve your skills on the bike, but also help you discover new paths unknown to most.

Daily distances covered vary from 20km to 40km, depending on the altitude and elevation gain of each section. Each evening, your guides will keep you informed about the next day's mountain biking route, giving you a preview of the types of trails to expect. If you have any concerns, the guides will be happy to discuss them with you.

Your guide will be happy to share valuable tips on bike riding techniques during the trip, helping to enhance your safety and pleasure in the experience during our MTB Tours.

If there is a route that you prefer to avoid by bicycle, you can easily get off and continue on foot. You won't be the only one covering some sections on foot, as this isn't a cycling skills competition; it is, rather, a mountain bike holiday!

We would like to underline that the hotels with which we collaborate have been selected based on the quality of the services offered, location and the ability to host groups of bikers.

For all our multi-day MTB tours with a difficulty level greater than or equal to Intermediate, we strongly recommend using a Full Suspension Mountain Bike with at least 150mm of travel.

Unfortunately no. We are working hard to ensure that every customer who rides with us has an unsurpassed mountain biking experience in every destination we travel through. This takes years of experience, pedaling and planning to accomplish, and the use of a drone adds a very real risk to the group's riding experience and overall safety and well-being.

How to book a tour?

Padbike has recently implemented a new automated booking system with a Booking Channel, to make bookings easier and faster!

To book an E-MTB Tour offered by Padbike, whether it is a group tour or a private tour, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer.

What cancellation policies do you have?

• Padbike offers a 100% free refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is made before 60 days from the start date of the tour.

• If the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days of the start date of the tour Padbike offers a refund of 75% of the amount paid.

• If the cancellation is made between 30 and 0 days of the tour start date, Padbike will retain 100% of the amount paid.
