Padbike reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, the new terms and conditions will be immediately posted on our website.

**BOOKING WITH US**

Once Padbike receives an email from you with information on:

the type of vacation package requested or the type of short guided tour, the number of guests, the dates of stay with us, alternative dates in case we are fully booked, and a brief description of the participants' skill level, including the group's riding experience, Padbike will respond with availability and provide you with our booking form. Your stay with us will only be confirmed once we have received completed booking forms from all participants.

The services and prices confirmed with the booking apply.

You will also receive the form for joining the Padbike ASD sports association. Each participant must print and complete this form and send a photo of it to info@padbike.com.

**BOOKING CHANGES**

Padbike will try to accommodate requested changes to the original booking details; however, if we cannot meet these changes and requests, the cancellation fee outlined below will apply.

**PAYMENT**

To confirm the booking, 100% of the total cost per person is required at the time of booking.

​

**CANCELLATION FEES**

In case of cancellation by you, if made at least 5 days prior to the excursion date, Padbike will provide a voucher of the same value paid via email. The voucher can be used for a new or the same excursion with the same value within one year of the agreed date.

If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the excursion date, no voucher will be provided.

No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

**CANCELLATION BY PADBIKE**

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the bike tour you have booked, we will offer you a full refund or alternative dates for your vacation with us, depending on your preference.

**EURO EXCHANGE RATE**

Our prices are in Euro (€) and your stay with us must be paid in Euro (€). If you are booking from a country outside the Eurozone, you acknowledge that the exchange rate between the Euro and your currency may vary between the deposit payment date and the final payment deadline. Padbike does not offer monetary compensation for any increases or decreases in total costs due to exchange rate changes.

**WEATHER**

Although the Mediterranean climate is mild, heavy rains or storms may occur that can affect your vacation and trail riding. Padbike will do its best to handle different weather conditions; however, to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, Padbike reserves the right to cancel guided mountain bike tours with us. Additionally, Padbike cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

Padbike will communicate at least 48 hours before the excursion start date via email or WhatsApp if the E-Bike Tour is canceled due to bad weather. Padbike reserves the full and exclusive right to cancel the guided excursion due to bad weather or other factors at its sole discretion.

If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, the customer will be entitled to one of the following alternatives:

- A voucher equal to the tour's value to be used for any tour promoted on the padbike.com website.
- If the weather forecast in another area of Tuscany is favorable, Padbike may propose an alternative E-Bike excursion to the group. However, if we cannot meet these changes and requests, the E-Bike tour will be canceled, and you will receive a voucher as described in point 1.

**VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORT AND BIKE TRAILERS**

Clients use Padbike vehicles or any external collaborators’ vehicles for transport and bike trailers entirely at their own risk. Clients are responsible for the safe transport of their bikes and must ensure that their bikes are securely fastened to the trailers. Padbike cannot be held responsible for any damage to clients' bikes during the guided mountain bike excursions with us.

**CYCLISTS' SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY**

Mountain biking is a dangerous sport and involves certain risks. Due to the challenging nature of the trails and the amount of riding our clients will do during the guided mountain bike tours with us, accidents are likely to occur during the rides. The Padbike staff will take all precautions to ensure the cyclists' safety; however, Padbike cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or, in the extremely unlikely event, death of cyclists during guided excursions with us.

The use of proper safety equipment can reduce the severity of injuries. A proper mountain bike helmet and minimum protection are absolutely essential for a cyclist. Padbike staff reserve the right to refuse to accompany any cyclist not wearing a helmet.

**ACCIDENTS AND FIRST AID**

All Padbike staff carry basic first aid kits and local emergency contacts in case of an accident. In the event of an accident, our staff will act according to their knowledge and experience; however, they are not qualified medical professionals. If you do not wish to be treated by Padbike staff and prefer to wait for trained professionals to arrive at the accident site, please inform us immediately.

**APPLICABLE LAW**

These terms and conditions are subject to Italian law, and any disputes that may arise will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

**ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

Booking your stay with Padbike implies acceptance of all the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Please make sure to read and fully understand all provisions before booking.
