Padbike will do its best to cope with different weather conditions, however, to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, Padbike reserves the right to cancel guided mountain bike tours with us. Furthermore, Padbike cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

Padbike will communicate at least 48 hours before the excursion start date via email or WhatsApp if the E-Bike Tour is canceled due to bad weather. Padbike reserves the full and exclusive right to cancel the guided excursion due to bad weather or other factors at its sole discretion.

In case of cancellation of the tour due to adverse weather conditions, the customer will be entitled to a cash refund of the balance. Bank transaction fees equal to 2.5% of the total are not refunded.

VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORT AND TRAILERS FOR BICYCLES

Customers use Padbike or any external partners' vehicles for transportation and bike trailers entirely at their own risk. Customers are responsible for the safe transportation of their bikes and must ensure that their bikes are securely stowed on the trailers. Padbike cannot be held liable for any damage to customers' bikes during guided MTB tours with us.

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF CYCLISTS

Mountain biking is a dangerous sport and carries certain risks. Due to the demanding nature of the trails and the amount of riding our clients will be doing on guided mountain bike tours with us, accidents are likely to occur while riding. Padbike staff will take every precaution to ensure the safety of riders, however Padbike cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or, extremely unlikely, death of riders while on guided tours with us.

Wearing the proper safety equipment can reduce the extent of injury. A proper mountain bike helmet and minimum protection are absolutely essential for a rider. Padbike staff reserves the right to refuse to accompany any rider not wearing a helmet.

ACCIDENTS AND FIRST AID

All Padbike staff are equipped with a basic first aid kit and local emergency contacts in the event of an accident. In the event of an accident, our staff will act according to their knowledge and experience, however they are not trained medical professionals. In the event that you do not wish to be treated by Padbike staff and wish to wait for trained professionals to arrive at the scene of the accident, please inform us immediately.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are subject to Italian law and any dispute that may arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking your stays with Padbike implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned above. Please ensure that you read carefully and fully understand all the provisions before making your booking.
