WE WILL DISCOVER THE CAPOLIVERI BIKE PARK and THE GINEVRO MINES
Every year one of the most famous Cross Country races is held right here in the Capoliveri Bike Park. We are talking about the Capoliveri Legend Cup, a race of 75km and 2500m of altitude that winds between Monte Calamita and the Ginevro mines. During this E-BIKE tour we will discover this Martian promontory by retracing some of the paths of the Legend Cup and the Ginevro Mines thanks to a guided tour.
WITH ITS ANCIENT MINES OF ETRUSCAN ORIGIN
The name of Elba, which for the Etruscans was Ilva, means iron and whoever had this metal at that time could dominate the people, so much so that the Romans and the Etruscans went to war in 250 BC for the dominion of the Elban mines. The success of the Romans determined the end of the Etruscans and Rome drew an abundance of weapons from the ferrous resources to dominate the world. However, the real exploitation occurred in the modern era, especially when the steel industry with the blast furnaces of Portoferraio.
WE WILL TASTE THE TYPICAL DISHES OF ELBA CUISINE
The flavors of Elban cuisine are based on simple dishes, where imagination and wisdom dominate in the choice of ingredients, and it is precisely this cuisine, once considered poor, which today with the advent of tourism has become refined.
Half board at the Agriturismo delle Ripalte is included in our package. In the evening you can choose whether to dine in the restaurant on the seafront or the one in the immediate vicinity of the villa!

For sports and nature lovers, the Tenuta delle Ripalte Wine Resort offers everything you could wish for. With its tennis and paddle courts, a horse ranch and a beautiful beach in its immediate vicinity it will give you a weekend of relaxation and fun.

AFTER A LONG RIDE A LITTLE DESERVED RELAXATION
The guided E-BIKE tour to discover the Capoliveri Bike Park will last approximately 4 hours and will be done on the morning of the 2nd day immediately after your arrival. The return to the hotel is expected immediately after lunch.
The morning of the following day will instead be dedicated to total relaxation. The Ripalte estate has every kind of comfort. From a private beach to a swimming pool and tennis courts. It is also possible to visit the wine cellars located a few steps from the Villa.
