These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Outdoora mobile application and related services, operated by Padbike ASD, a non-profit association registered in Italy with legal headquarters at Via di Valiano 9/A, 50023 Impruneta (FI), represented by its legal representative Gregorio Franchetti.

By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

Outdoora provides users with access to self-guided bike tours. The app also allows bike shops and tour providers ("Vendors") to upload and manage their own cycling tours, which can be purchased by app users ("Customers").

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1 For Users (Customers)

  • You understand that self-guided tours are undertaken at your own risk.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit, equipped, and prepared for the selected route.

  • Padbike ASD is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the use of the tours provided through the app.

2.2 For Vendors (Bike Shops)

  • By uploading a tour, you confirm that the content is accurate and suitable for public distribution.

  • You are fully responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the tours you provide.

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable local laws and ensure their customers are aware of any risks.

3. Payments and Transactions

  • Users purchase tours directly through the app.

  • A portion of each sale may be retained by Outdoora as a platform fee.

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers; Padbike ASD does not store or manage any payment data.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Padbike ASD, its legal representative Gregorio Franchetti, and any affiliated partners decline all responsibility for:

  • Any incidents, injuries, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the use of any tour.

  • Errors, omissions, or outdated content in the tour descriptions.

  • Any disputes between users and vendors.

By using Outdoora, you expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own safety and choices while using the tours.

5. Content Ownership

  • All tour content uploaded by vendors remains their property, but by submitting it to the app, you grant Outdoora a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it.

6. Account Termination

Padbike ASD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or in the event of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Florence, Italy.
